Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Catlangu Plus Subscription

Catlangu offers an optional premium subscription service ("Catlangu Plus") which provides access to enhanced features, such as gender filtering. Catlangu Plus is billed on a recurring monthly basis.

2. How to Cancel Your Subscription

Your Catlangu Plus subscription is managed through PayPal. To cancel your subscription and prevent future charges, you must cancel it directly through your PayPal account:

1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com.
2. Go to Settings (gear icon).
3. Click the "Payments" tab.
4. Under "Pre-approved payments" or "Automatic payments," click "Manage automatic payments."
5. Find the active subscription for "Catlangu" or "Catlangu Plus" (or similar name used during signup).
6. Click on the subscription and then click the "Cancel" button.
7. Follow the prompts to confirm the cancellation.

3. Effect of Cancellation

When you cancel your Catlangu Plus subscription:

• Your subscription will remain active, and you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current paid billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew automatically for the next billing cycle.
• Once your current billing period ends, your account will automatically revert to the "Basic" status, and you will lose access to premium features (like gender filtering).
• We receive notification from PayPal upon cancellation or expiration, which automatically triggers the downgrade of your account status on our platform.

4. Subscription Refund Policy

Catlangu Plus subscriptions are generally non-refundable.

• We do not offer refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods.
• Once a payment for a subscription period has been processed, it is non-refundable.
• If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for, but you will not receive a refund for any portion of that period.
• In exceptional circumstances, such as verifiable technical issues preventing access to premium features for a significant portion of the billing period, or billing errors proven to be our fault, we may consider issuing a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Please contact support with detailed information if you believe such circumstances apply.

5. Unban Fee Policy

Catlangu may offer users who have been banned for violating community guidelines the option to regain access by paying a one-time Unban Fee ($5 USD, subject to change).

• The Unban Fee is a payment for the administrative service of reviewing the ban and potentially restoring account access.
• Unban Fees are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you use the service after being unbanned or if your account is subsequently banned again for further violations.
• Paying the Unban Fee does not guarantee permanent access; you must continue to adhere to the Community Rules and Terms of Service to maintain access.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refunds & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on the Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the subscription service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
